Our Podcast

Lift Life came about as a result of caregiving for my quadriplegic aunt. It was clear how hard it is for many families to find resources and support, and how caregiving affects the physical and emotional life. The aspiration of Lift Life is to be able to make caregivers empowered through linking them up with important resources in Central Florida. Through the Lift Life podcast, I hope to close this gap by providing expert interviews and practical advice to make caregivers feel more connected and empowered to manage their challenges.
